- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Nori (seaweed) - 2 sheets, shredded
- Soft-boiled eggs - 2
- Green onions (negi) - 4 stalks, thinly sliced
- Mirin - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Ramen noodles - 2 packs
Let's Get Started
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the soy sauce, mirin, and sliced green onions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
