Mushroom and Broccoli Stir Fry
This delicious stir-fry combines mushrooms and broccoli with a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Mushrooms - 8 ounces, sliced
- Broccoli - 1 head, cut into florets

- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, water, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
