Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and water to make a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped cabbage, grated carrots, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of the vegetable filling in the center of each dough circle.
  5. Fold the edges of the dough circle to form a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal the momo.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling.
  7. Place the momos in a steamer basket and steam for about 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is cooked and the filling is tender.
  8. Serve the steamed momos hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.
