Mixed Berry Italian Soda
A refreshing and bubbly drink, this Mixed Berry Italian Soda is perfect for a hot summer day. It's made with a homemade mixed berry syrup, club soda, and a splash of cream.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
- Club soda - 4 cups
- Water - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Mixed berries - 2 cups, fresh or frozen
Let's Get Started
- In a saucepan, combine the mixed berries, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the berry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing on the berries to extract as much juice as possible. Let the syrup cool.
