Midleton Very Rare Dalgona

A luxurious and indulgent coffee-based cocktail made with Midleton Very Rare Irish whiskey.

In a mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
Using a hand whisk or electric mixer, whisk vigorously until the mixture becomes thick and frothy.
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the Midleton Very Rare Irish whiskey.
Top the whiskey with a generous dollop of the whipped coffee mixture.
Gently stir the mixture to combine the whiskey and coffee.
Pour in milk to taste, depending on your preference for a stronger or milder flavor.
Dust the top of the cocktail with cocoa powder for garnish.
