Microwave Baked Potatoes with Cheese and Sour Cream

- Chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped (optional)
- Black pepper - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Sour cream - 1/4 cup
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
- Potatoes - 2 medium-sized
Let's Get Started
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry.
- Poke several holes in each potato using a fork.
- Place the potatoes on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes over and microwave for an additional 5 minutes, or until they are tender when pierced with a fork.
