Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, and sliced ginger to the pot.
  3. In a separate pan, heat the sesame oil and sauté the chicken breast until it's fully cooked.
  4. Add the cooked chicken and sliced shiitake mushrooms to the pot.
  5. Let the soup simmer for about 15 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, cook the mee sua noodles according to the package instructions.
  7. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and divide them among four bowls.
  8. Ladle the soup into each bowl, making sure to include chicken and mushrooms.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
