Mango Parfait
This refreshing mango parfait is made with layers of fresh mango, yogurt, and granola.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Fresh mint leaves - For garnish
- Granola - 1/2 cup
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Greek yogurt - 1 cup
- Ripe mango - 1, diced
Let's Get Started
- In a glass or jar, layer half of the diced mango at the bottom.
- Top the mango with half of the Greek yogurt.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of granola on top.
