This simple yet flavorful appetizer features the nutty taste of Manchego cheese and a tangy olive tapenade on crispy crostini.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Black olives - 1 cup, pitted and chopped
- Manchego cheese - 1 cup, thinly sliced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Baguette - 1, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
