  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
