- Green onions - 2, sliced (for garnish)
- Cooked rice - 4 cups, for serving
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Carrot - 1, thinly sliced
- Bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Broccoli - 2 cups, florets
- Chicken breast - 2 boneless, skinless breasts, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
