Lamb Marinade
A flavorful marinade perfect for grilling or roasting lamb.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Rosemary - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
- Place the lamb in a dish or large zip-top bag.
- Pour the marinade over the lamb, making sure all parts are covered.
- Let the lamb marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Remove the lamb from the marinade and cook as desired. Discard any leftover marinade.
