Kölsch Kaffeeklatsch is a traditional German coffee cake made with Kölsch beer and a streusel topping.

- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup, cold and cubed
- Granulated sugar - 1 cup
- All-purpose flour - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the cold cubed butter to the dry ingredients and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to cut it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, Kölsch beer, and vanilla extract.

- Sprinkle the streusel topping over the cake batter.
