Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  4. Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add the grated carrot, turnip, and bean sprouts.
  6. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
  7. Add the soy sauce and fish sauce to the pan and stir to combine.
  8. Return the cooked prawns to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
  9. Remove from heat and let the filling cool slightly.
  10. Fill each pastry cup with the prawn and vegetable mixture.
  11. Garnish with chopped spring onions and cilantro.
  12. Serve immediately and enjoy!
