Kimchi Stew

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the pork belly. Cook until browned and crispy.
  2. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the kimchi, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
  4. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Add the tofu and green onions to the pot and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
