Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Divide the shredded cheddar cheese into 4 equal portions on the baking sheet, shaping them into circles.
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  6. In the meantime, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  7. Add the taco seasoning and a splash of water to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. To assemble the tacos, place a cheese shell on a plate and fill with the cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced avocado, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
  9. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
