Kale Caesar Salad
A healthy twist on the classic Caesar salad, this version uses nutrient-dense kale and a homemade Caesar dressing.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Croutons - 1 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Kale - 1 bunch, stemmed and chopped
Let's Get Started
