Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Add the chopped jamón and season with salt and pepper. Cook for a few more minutes, then remove from the heat and let cool.
  3. Once the mixture is cool, shape it into small cylinders. Dip each cylinder into the beaten eggs, then roll in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the croquettes until they are golden brown on all sides.
  5. Drain the croquettes on paper towels and serve hot.
