- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)

- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Carrots - 2, julienned
- Bell peppers - 2, sliced
- Broccoli - 2 cups, florets
- Shrimp - 1 lb, peeled and deveined

- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, water, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
- Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
