Homemade Chai
This homemade chai recipe is made with black tea, spices, and milk. It's a warm and comforting drink that's perfect for chilly days.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Milk - 1 cup
- Ginger - 1/2 inch piece, peeled and sliced
- Cloves - 4
- Cardamom pods - 4
- Cinnamon stick - 1
- Black tea - 2 bags
- Water - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the tea bags, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, cloves, and ginger. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
