- Crushed ice - For topping
- Leche flan - 4 slices
- Evaporated milk - 1/2 cup
- Shaved ice - 4 cups
- Sweetened saba bananas - 2, sliced
- Sweetened nata de coco (coconut gel) - 1/2 cup
- Sweetened kaong (sugar palm fruit) - 1/2 cup
- Sweetened macapuno (coconut sport) - 1/2 cup
- Sweetened jackfruit - 1/2 cup
- Sweetened garbanzo beans - 1/2 cup
- Sweetened white beans - 1/2 cup
- Sweetened red beans - 1/2 cup
Let's Get Started
- Prepare all the sweetened ingredients by draining them from their syrup and placing them in separate bowls.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the sweetened beans, jackfruit, macapuno, kaong, nata de coco, and saba bananas.
- Add a layer of shaved ice on top of the ingredients.
- Drizzle evaporated milk over the shaved ice.
- Top each glass or bowl with a slice of leche flan.
- Add a generous amount of crushed ice on top.
- Serve immediately and mix all the ingredients together before eating.
