Guacamole Burger
A juicy burger topped with creamy, homemade guacamole. Perfect for a summer BBQ or a casual dinner at home.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Jalapeno - 1, seeded and minced
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Onion - 1/4, diced
- Tomato - 1, diced
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Avocados - 2, ripe
- Hamburger buns - 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 4 patties.
- Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, make the guacamole. Mash the avocados in a bowl, then stir in the lime juice, garlic, tomato, onion, cilantro, and jalapeno. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toast the hamburger buns, then place a cooked patty on each one.
