Grilled Tofu
This grilled tofu recipe is a simple and delicious vegetarian dish with a flavorful marinade that makes the tofu taste wonderful!
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Extra firm tofu - 1 block
Let's Get Started
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, and chopped green onions to make the marinade.
- Cut the tofu into slices and place them in the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Grill the tofu for 5 minutes on each side, or until it has nice grill marks.
- Serve the grilled tofu with your favorite side dish.
