Let's Get Started

  1. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
  2. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, and chopped green onions to make the marinade.
  3. Cut the tofu into slices and place them in the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  5. Grill the tofu for 5 minutes on each side, or until it has nice grill marks.
