Grilled T Bone Steak with Grilled Zucchini and Loaded Baked Potatoes

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Green onions - 4, chopped
- Bacon - 4 strips, cooked and crumbled
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Sour cream - 1 cup
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
- Russet potatoes - 4 large
- Zucchini - 4, sliced lengthwise
- T-bone steaks - 4
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- Rub the steaks and zucchini with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steaks for about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Grill the zucchini for about 3 minutes per side, until tender and slightly charred.
- While the steaks and zucchini are grilling, bake the potatoes in a 400°F oven for about 1 hour, until tender.
