Grilled T Bone Steak with Grilled Zucchini and Loaded Baked Potatoes

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. Rub the steaks and zucchini with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the steaks for about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Grill the zucchini for about 3 minutes per side, until tender and slightly charred.
  4. While the steaks and zucchini are grilling, bake the potatoes in a 400°F oven for about 1 hour, until tender.
  5. Cut a slit in the top of each potato and fluff the inside with a fork. Top each potato with butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  6. Serve the grilled steaks and zucchini with the loaded baked potatoes.
