Green Bean and Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the green beans and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Return the shrimp to the pan with the green beans.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and green beans.
  7. Stir fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and coats the shrimp and green beans.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
