Green Bean and Chickpea Stir Fry
This healthy and flavorful stir fry combines fresh green beans and protein-rich chickpeas in a delicious sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - To taste
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Chickpeas - 1 can (15 ounces), drained and rinsed
- Green beans - 1 pound, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces

- In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, red pepper flakes, and salt. Set aside.
