Green Bean and Cashew Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the cashews and toast until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add a drizzle of oil if needed. Add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the green beans to the skillet and stir fry for 5-7 minutes, until crisp-tender.
  5. Pour the sauce over the green beans and toss to coat. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle the toasted cashews over the stir fry.
  8. Serve hot as a side dish or over rice as a main course.
