Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Roll out one sheet of pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the grapes, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and lemon juice. Stir until the grapes are evenly coated.
  4. Pour the grape mixture into the pie crust and dot with the butter.
  5. Roll out the second sheet of pie crust and place it over the grape filling. Crimp the edges to seal and cut a few slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbly. Let cool before serving.
