- Lemon wedges - For serving
- Powdered sugar - For dusting
- Unsalted butter - 4 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Eggs - 6
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Place the butter in a large, oven-safe skillet and put it in the preheated oven. Wait until the butter has melted and is bubbly.
