Fried Enokitake with Chilies

- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Red chilies - 2, sliced
- Enokitake mushrooms - 200 grams

- Clean the enokitake mushrooms and trim off the roots.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
