French Escargots a La Bourguignonne
This classic French dish features tender escargots cooked in a flavorful garlic and herb butter sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Baguette - 1, sliced
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- White wine - 1/4 cup
- Shallots - 2 tablespoons, minced
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup

Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
