Filter Coffee
A traditional South Indian style coffee, brewed with a metal device that resembles two cylindrical cups.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Sugar - To taste
- Milk - 1 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Coffee powder - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Add the coffee powder to the top compartment of the filter.
- Boil the water and pour it over the coffee powder. Cover and let it drip for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil the milk in a saucepan.
- Once the coffee has dripped down, add the desired amount of decoction to a cup.
- Add the boiled milk and sugar to taste.
- Stir well and serve hot.
