Filmjölk
Filmjölk is a traditional Swedish fermented milk drink that is similar to yogurt.

- Filmjölk starter culture - 1 packet
- Milk - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat until it reaches a temperature of 110°F (43°C).
- Remove the milk from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
- Add the filmjölk starter culture to the milk and stir well to combine.
- Cover the saucepan with a clean towel or plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 12-24 hours, or until it thickens and becomes slightly tangy.
- Once the filmjölk has reached the desired consistency, refrigerate it for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
