Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped walnuts, and chopped dried figs.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
  5. Spread the granola mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet.
  8. Once cooled, transfer the granola to an airtight container for storage.
