Fava Bean and Pecorino Crostini

Let's Get Started

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fava beans and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain and transfer to a bowl of ice water to cool. Peel off the outer skins of the beans.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  3. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
