Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the sweet basil seeds in water for 30 minutes until they swell up.
  2. Boil the falooda sev as per the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a glass, add 1 tablespoon of rose syrup.
  4. Add the soaked sweet basil seeds and the cooked falooda sev.
  5. Pour in the milk until the glass is almost full.
  6. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and garnish with chopped nuts.
  7. Serve the falooda with a long spoon and a straw.
