Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. On four of the slices, arrange the cucumber slices in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. On the other four slices, spread a layer of cream cheese and top with smoked salmon.
  4. Place the slices with cucumber on top of the slices with salmon, buttered side down.
  5. Trim the crusts off the sandwiches and cut each one into four triangles.
  6. Serve immediately, or cover with a damp paper towel and refrigerate until ready to serve.
