Edamame Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir-fry recipe featuring edamame, colorful vegetables, and a savory sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Bell peppers - 1 cup, thinly sliced
- Carrots - 1 cup, thinly sliced
- Edamame - 2 cups, shelled and cooked
Let's Get Started
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the carrots and bell peppers and stir-fry until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add the edamame and stir to combine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water.
