  1. In a pot, bring the brown rice and water to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes.
  2. In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccoli and edamame to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve the vegetable mixture over the cooked rice. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
