  1. Soak the dried shrimp in warm water for 15 minutes, then drain and chop.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the ground pork, breaking it up into small pieces.
  3. Add the garlic, soy sauce, rice wine, and white pepper to the pan and stir to combine.
  4. Add the chopped shrimp and chicken broth to the pan and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain.
  7. Divide the noodles between four bowls and ladle the soup over the top.
  8. Garnish with the chopped green onions and bean sprouts before serving.
