Ingredients - Serves 4
- Bean sprouts - 1 cup
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Egg noodles - 4 servings
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- White pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Rice wine - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ground pork - 1/2 cup
- Dried shrimp - 1/4 cup
Let's Get Started
- Soak the dried shrimp in warm water for 15 minutes, then drain and chop.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the ground pork, breaking it up into small pieces.
- Add the garlic, soy sauce, rice wine, and white pepper to the pan and stir to combine.
- Add the chopped shrimp and chicken broth to the pan and bring to a boil.
