Ingredients - Serves 2

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour and water until smooth to make the crepe batter.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the chopped green onions and salt.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
  4. Pour half of the crepe batter into the pan and spread it into a thin layer.
  5. Pour half of the egg mixture on top of the crepe and spread it out evenly.
  6. When the bottom of the crepe is golden, flip it over and cook the other side until the egg is fully cooked.
  7. Roll the crepe up in the pan and transfer it to a cutting board. Slice it into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter and egg mixture.
  9. Serve hot with soy sauce or chili sauce for dipping.
