  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, curry powder, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
