Curry Chicken Burger
A flavorful twist on the classic burger, this curry chicken burger is packed with spices and topped with a tangy yogurt sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Plain yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Burger buns - 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Curry powder - 2 tablespoons
- Ground chicken - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, curry powder, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
