- Dipping sauce of your choice - For serving
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 1/4 cup
- Extra firm tofu - 1 block
Let's Get Started
- Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat each tofu cube with the cornstarch mixture, shaking off any excess.
