Coconut Water
A refreshing and hydrating drink made directly from a fresh coconut.

- Straw - 1
- Fresh coconut - 1
Let's Get Started
- Find a fresh green coconut (younger coconuts are usually the best for this).
- Clean the outside of the coconut and find the three 'eyes' - these are the weak points of the coconut.
- Use a clean screwdriver and hammer to puncture a hole into two of the eyes.
- Turn the coconut upside down over a glass to drain the coconut water.
- Once the coconut is drained, you can either serve the coconut water as is, or strain it for any remaining bits of shell or pulp.
- Insert a straw and enjoy your fresh coconut water directly from the coconut.
