Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix the milk and instant coffee until dissolved.
  2. Dip each chocolate cookie into the coffee mixture and layer them in a rectangular dish to form the base.
  3. Spread a layer of dulce de leche over the cookies.
  4. Repeat the layers of soaked cookies and dulce de leche until you run out of ingredients, finishing with a layer of dulce de leche on top.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Before serving, spread whipped cream over the top layer of dulce de leche.
  7. Dust the top with cocoa powder for decoration.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.
