Let's Get Started

  1. Clean the chicken and cut it into pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry until they turn golden brown.
  3. Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for a few minutes until the raw smell goes away.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  5. Add the Chettinad masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and mix well. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for another 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with boiled rice or roti.
