Carrot Lassi

Ingredients - Serves 2
- Ice cubes - 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Milk - 1/2 cup, chilled
- Yogurt - 1 cup, chilled
- Carrots - 2, medium size, peeled and chopped

- In a blender, add the boiled carrots, yogurt, milk, honey, cardamom powder, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
