Let's Get Started

  1. Brew the espresso shots using an espresso machine.
  2. While the espresso is brewing, heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Froth the milk until it is creamy and has a thick layer of foam on top.
  4. Pour the espresso into two large cups. Add a teaspoon of sugar to each cup and stir until dissolved.
  5. Pour the frothed milk into the cups, holding back the foam with a spoon. Spoon the foam on top.
  6. Serve the cappuccinos with the cornetto pastries on the side.
