Cappuccino E Cornetto

- Cornetto pastry - 2
- Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Milk - 1 cup
- Espresso - 2 shots
Let's Get Started
- Brew the espresso shots using an espresso machine.
- While the espresso is brewing, heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Froth the milk until it is creamy and has a thick layer of foam on top.
- Pour the espresso into two large cups. Add a teaspoon of sugar to each cup and stir until dissolved.
- Pour the frothed milk into the cups, holding back the foam with a spoon. Spoon the foam on top.
- Serve the cappuccinos with the cornetto pastries on the side.
