Cabbage and Noodle Stir Fry
This delicious stir-fry combines cabbage, noodles, and a flavorful sauce for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Green onions - 2, sliced, for garnish
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Carrots - 2, julienned
- Cabbage - 1/2 head, thinly sliced
- Noodles - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the cabbage, carrots, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
