- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Roasted peanuts - 2 tablespoons, crushed
- Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
- Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
- Bean sprouts - 1 cup
- Lettuce - 1 cup, shredded
- Vietnamese spring rolls - 2 rolls, sliced
- Grilled shrimp - 4 oz
- Grilled pork - 4 oz, sliced
- Rice vermicelli noodles - 8 oz
Let's Get Started
- Cook the rice vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, garlic, and chili pepper to make the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, grilled pork, grilled shrimp, sliced spring rolls, lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber, and mint leaves.
