- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Bread - 4 slices
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Blue cheese - 1/4 cup, crumbled
- Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- Buffalo sauce - 1/2 cup
- Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
